Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Proudfoot Productions or any outside party.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will to send your goods via Australia Post within 10 working days. International orders may take up to 21 days. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at sales@proudfootproductions.com.au

Refund & Returns Policy

We’d like your shopping experience to be a happy one, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment, or supply a replacement. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at sales@proudfootproductions.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can understand any issues and find a solution.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All return postage and insurance costs shall be paid by the buyer.
